Features of SKPS16J Multifunctional Underground Utility Vehicle

​SKPS16J underground  mining  shotconcrete vehicle  truck  is  a  kind  of  underground mine concrete spraying vehicle truck specially developed and designed by our company for the special working environment of the construction of non-coal mine shaft and roadway engineering, based on the integration of  advanced  technology  at  home  and  abroad. This underground concrete spraying vehicle is a spraying equipment designed specifically for underground tunnel support in mines, suitable for concrete support operations in metal and non-metal mines and other underground excavation faces and repair tunnels. The equipment has obtained the Mining Product Safety Mark (MA Mark), which is the core equipment for achieving rapid underground support and reducing the exposure time of surrounding rock.


Features of Product

1. Scientific and reasonable chassis and robust structure design, driven by 96 KW Cummins engine, the actual working capacity reaches to 16M3/H, and the maximum shot distance reaches as much as 7m/9m working in tunnels, which is widely applicable to the   construction of underground mines and tunnel concrete with the minimum height ≥ 2.4M.

2. The key components (hydraulic pump, seals) are made of dust and oil resistant materials, with a protection level of IP65; The inner wall of the hopper is equipped with wear-resistant lining plates (Mn13 material, thickness 15mm), with a service life of 5000m ³ of concrete; The chassis adopts an integral frame and reinforced tires (anti puncture and explosion-proof, tire tread pattern suitable for muddy tunnels), with an annual failure rate of ≤ 5%.

3. The front cab design provides a wide view and comfortable driving environment for drivers; The cab that has passed the FOPS and ROPS standard testing and certification provides safety protection for drivers and passengers.

4. The driving and control system adopts a reasonable ergonomic layout design, sealed air- conditioned cab and centralized control design configuration, which is convenient, comfortable and easy to operate.

5.The remote control handle weighs ≤ 1.2kg and supports 360 ° operation, reducing the labor intensity of operators and lowering the risk of working at heights underground.
